Kajakarstwo na Igrzyskach Panamerykańskich 2015 odbywało się w dniach 11–14 lipca 2015 roku w Welland Pan Am Flatwater Centre w Welland i Minden Wild Water Preserve w Minden Hills[1][2][3]. Rywalizacja odbyła się łącznie w osiemnastu konkurencjach.
