Jason 'Jay' James (ur. 13 stycznia 1981 w Bridgend) – walijski basista. Były członek metalcorowej grupy Bullet for My Valentine. Gra również na perkusji. Funkcję basisty przejął po Nicku Crandle'u, który opuścił zespół.
