Gatunek sklasyfikowany do podplemienia Adrorhizinae w plemieniu Vandeae, podrodzina epidendronowe (Epidendroideae), rodzina storczykowate (Orchidaceae), rząd szparagowce (Asparagales) w obrębie roślin jednoliściennych[8][9][10].
