Gotowy do przejścia na emeryturę w 1954 roku, Crosby zebrał Buddy'ego Cole'a i jego Trio, małą grupę utworzoną z członków John Scott Trotter Orchestra, i ponownie nagrał wiele jego wczesnych przebojów między kwietniem a czerwcem 1954 roku.
