Busy Bee Starski, właściwie David James Parker[1] (ur. 26 października 1962 r. w Nowym Jorku) – amerykański raper z Nowego Jorku, znany z uprawiania tzw. improwizacji rapowych. Do 1986 roku występował w duecie z Kool Moe Dee.
