A photo that is part of an article is considered as public domain and can be used freely by any magazin, newspaper, book or other media anytime. If there is a photograph available and if you are willing to give it to Wikipedia please send it by e-mail or send me a link to the picture on your website (or simple tell me the number - e.g. photo page 3 top or promotional photo middle). Besides we need a statement that it is public domain (also by e-mail). Sorry for the circumstances.
