Grand Prix odbyło się w dniach 22–24 października 2021 na torze Circuit of the Americas w Austin. Wyścig wygrał po starcie z pole position Max Verstappen (Red Bull), a na podium kolejno stanęli Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) oraz Sergio Pérez (Red Bull).
