Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.2, stema comunei Hârseni se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în partea superioară.

În partea superioară, în câmp albastru, se află clădirea unui joagăr hidraulic, văzută Âľ din faţă, cu un buştean prins în angrenaj, de argint; frontal-lateral stânga se află roata morii. În vârful scutului, în câmp roşu, se află 5 brazi de argint, surmontaţi de un cap de cerb de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Joagărul hidraulic face referire la instalaţiile tradiţionale acţionate hidraulic, una dintre ele fiind funcţională în satul Copăcel. Brazii şi capul de cerb reprezintă bogăţia silvică şi cinegetică a zonei, iar numărul brazilor indică numărul satelor componente ale localităţii. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
