Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.5, stema comunei Mândra se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular, cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat. În partea superioară, în câmp de argint, se află un trofeu cu coarne de bivol de culoare neagră. În vârful scutului, în câmp verde, se află cinci spice de grâu, surmontate de o cruce treflată, toate de aur. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint, cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţia elementelor însumate:

Spicele de grâu şi trofeul cu coarne de bivol simbolizează ocupaţiile de bază ale locuitorilor, agricultura şi zootehnia, iar numărul spicelor reprezintă satele din componenţa comunei. Crucea treflată simbolizează Biserica Ortodoxă - monument istoric, datând din anul 1779. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
