New tower developments under construction not yet visible or very visible in this image that will make a nice impact to the skyline over the next couple of years include AMLI Fountain Place at 46 stories, Hall Arts residential tower at 30 stories with both under construction now, and Atelier Lofts Arts District at 40 stories scheduled to start Dec. 2017.
Also now under construction are the twin towers of Park District at 32 and 22 stories, twin towers of The Epic at 30 and 25 stories, twin towers of Union Place at 29 and 23 stories, Cinepolis at 23 stories, and Harwood 10 at 23 stories ... that is a total of ELEVEN TOWERS currently under construction Downtown ... all will add yet further density to the above cityscape as they make their impact felt.
As far as possible exciting future new significant development, basically from the center of the image stretching to the left will be where Amazon Urban Village would be located if Dallas is the favored city for Amazon's new HQ2 (and Amazon goes with Ross Perot Jr.'s Hillwood Victory Park proposal).

Perot's Hillwood is already an extremely trusted Amazon development partner with having developed 14,000,000+ square feet of commercial space for them in just the last 2-3 years. If anyone has their finger on the pulse of Amazon's HQ2 thoughts it would be Ross Perot, Jr.!
