Charles Ferdinand Latrille de Lorencez (ur. 23 maja 1814 w Paryżu, zm. 16 lipca 1892)[1][2] – francuski generał[3][4].

Ukończył Akademię wojskową w Saint-Cyr[5].
Podczas francuskiej interwencji w Meksyku, dowodził 6 tysięcznym oddziałem w bitwie pod Pueblą[6][4][7][8][9].
Był spokrewniony z cesarzową Marią[1][6].
