Formuła Renault 3.5 Sezon 2009 – piąty sezon w historii tej serii. Zmagania rozpoczęły się 18 kwietnia na hiszpańskim torze Circuit de Catalunya, natomiast zakończyły 25 października na Ciudad del Motor de Aragón, również w Hiszpanii. Mistrzem serii wśród kierowców został Belg Bertrand Baguette, a wśród zespołów - portugalska ekipa International DracoRacing.

Kalendarz na sezon 2009 został zatwierdzony w październiku 2008 roku. Na torze Circuit de Monaco w Monte Carlo seria towarzyszyła Formule 1, a na Autódromo Internacional do Algarve serii Le Mans. Pozostałe wyścigi zostały zorganizowane osobno wraz z innymi wyścigami World Series by Renault.
