Grand Prix Emilii-Romanii 2021, oficjalnie Formula 1 Pirelli Gran Premio del Made in Italy e dell'Emilia Romagna 2021[1] – druga runda Mistrzostw Świata Formuły 1 w sezonie 2021. Grand Prix odbyło się w dniach 16–18 kwietnia 2021 na torze Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari w Imolii. Wyścig wygrał Max Verstappen (Red Bull), a na podium kolejno stanęli po starcie z pole position Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) oraz Lando Norris (McLaren).
